1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Lindart Beauty Studio and all clients who book or receive beauty treatments at our studio. By making a booking, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that plans change. However, last-minute cancellations directly impact our small business and prevent other clients from booking. The following policy applies to all appointments:

More than 48 hours' notice

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment: No charge. We are happy to reschedule at no cost.

Within 48 hours of appointment

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment price.

Within 24 hours or No-Show

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend without notice (no-show), will be charged 100% of the treatment price.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible by phone or email. We reserve the right to require a deposit for future bookings from clients with a history of late cancellations or no-shows.

3. Patch Testing

Mandatory Patch Test Requirement

A patch test is compulsory for the following treatments and must be carried out at least 24–48 hours before your appointment:
  • Chemical Peels
  • Any tinting treatments (lash tint, brow tint)
  • Any other treatments requiring the application of chemical actives to sensitive areas

If you have not had a patch test at our studio within the previous 6 months, or if there has been a change in your health or medication, a new patch test will be required before treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if a patch test has not been completed. In this case, the full treatment fee may still be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy if insufficient notice was given.

4. Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or cancel your treatment to avoid disruption to subsequent appointments. The full treatment price will be charged regardless.

We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for consultation and preparation. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible.

5. Age Policy

Clients under 18 years of age

Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the duration of the treatment. The accompanying adult must sign the consent form on the client’s behalf.

Certain treatments may not be available to clients under 18 at our discretion, particularly those involving chemical exfoliants, radiofrequency, or microneedling.

6. Health & Medical Conditions

Before receiving any treatment, you must complete our client consultation form honestly and disclose all relevant health information, including:

  • Known allergies or skin sensitivities
  • Current medications (including blood thinners, isotretinoin, etc.)
  • Existing skin conditions, medical conditions or recent procedures
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding status

Lindart Beauty Studio reserves the right to decline a treatment if we reasonably believe it may cause harm to the client. We are not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical information.

7. Deposits & Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept cash and major debit/credit cards.
  • A deposit may be required to secure certain bookings or courses of treatment.
  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Results & Aftercare

Individual results from treatments vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. Lindart Beauty Studio does not guarantee specific outcomes.

Aftercare advice is provided following each treatment. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect results and, in such cases, Lindart Beauty Studio accepts no liability for any adverse effects.

9. Personal Belongings

Lindart Beauty Studio accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises.

10. Photography & Social Media

We occasionally photograph or film treatment results for marketing purposes. We will always seek your explicit verbal or written consent before using any images in which you are identifiable. You may withdraw consent at any time.

11. Complaints

We are committed to providing a high standard of service. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can address your concerns promptly.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
